Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant to lead clients through successful software implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch support. Combines project coordination, business process analysis, system configuration, user training, and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, or client success
• Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software platforms
• Strong understanding of business workflows, operational processes, and system implementation lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing project timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting data migration and system integration projects
