Pavago is hiring a LinkedIn Ads Specialist to manage and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign execution and continuously looks for ways to improve performance, lead quality, and return on ad spend.
Requirements
- Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop audience targeting strategies based on ICPs, buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages
- Conduct market and competitor research to improve campaign positioning and messaging
- Create and test multiple campaign formats, creatives, and ad variations
- Optimize campaign structures to improve lead generation and overall performance
- Monitor daily campaign performance across all active client accounts
- Analyze campaign metrics including CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement trends
- Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, budgets, placements, and creatives
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Translate campaign data into actionable business recommendations for clients
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, expectations, budgets, and KPIs
- Present campaign performance updates and strategic recommendations professionally
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and accountability
