Logistics Management & Data Specialist

We’re hiring a Logistics Management & Data Specialist to manage and optimize the operational backbone of a fast-growing e-commerce business.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or inventory management
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and understanding of product data structures
• Strong experience managing freight, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to create professional, scalable operational trackers and reports
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
• Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools within operational workflows
• Ability to build structured systems and improve operational processes
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
