Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Staffing/Workforce Coordination, Scheduling or similar roles
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work US hours
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
• Reliable internet connection and computer setup
