Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide substantive legal support across litigation, corporate, and compliance matters. This role requires strong legal research, drafting, document management, and case preparation capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
- 3+ years of professional paralegal experience
- Experience with case/document management systems such as Clio, Relativity, iManage, or similar platforms
- Strong legal research experience using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or equivalent tools
- Experience drafting legal documents and supporting discovery processes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
