Payroll Accountant

We’re hiring a Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll processing, tax compliance, and payroll accounting for client organizations. Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, payroll records are compliant and audit-ready, and payroll data is properly integrated into accounting systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Hands-on experience with at least one payroll system: ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, or BambooHR
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and compliance
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and resolve discrepancies quickly
