Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full funnel — from campaign setup to optimization and scaling — with a clear focus on driving leads, sales, and ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and scaling campaigns
• Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, and conversion tracking
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Comfortable working remote during U.S. time zones
