Sales Support Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to support Account Managers and the Marketing team with day-to-day sales operations, CRM management, contract tracking, and social outreach.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, administrative coordination, or similar roles
• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
• Familiarity with sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination
• Strong written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency
