Pavago is seeking a Video Editor to create engaging video content across social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional video editing experience and strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention
- Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects (nice to have)
- Experience editing paid advertising creatives, UGC-style content, and performance marketing videos (nice to have)
- Understanding of CTR, engagement metrics, and watch time optimization (nice to have)
