CS/SC Superintendent

The Superintendent oversees crack seal and seal coat crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Requirements

• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies; report issues to management as needed
• Lead daily field operations and follow established procedures and training standards
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are inspected, maintained, and kept in professional condition
• Coordinate repairs and communicate equipment needs to the shop
• Train and mentor crew members on proper practices and job expectations
