Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office tasks to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently, including managing communications, assisting with accounts payable, and new hire orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
• Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Detail oriented and ability to focus on work; accuracy and completeness driven
