Paving/Grading Superintendent

The General Superintendent is highly knowledgeable in paving and grading operations, with a primary focus on paving. This role oversees daily grading and paving activities, leading crews of approximately 10–15 employees to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in grading and paving supervision
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience/ Grading
• Valid Driving record
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
• Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
• Must pass drug testing
• Must be able to work under the Head of AZ Travel
