Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of traffic controllers on pavement preservation projects
• Develop, implement, and adjust traffic control plans specific to surface maintenance operations
• Coordinate with pavement preservation crews, project managers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor traffic patterns and work zone safety, making real-time adjustments as needed
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies within the work zone
• Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities, work logs, and safety reports
