Senior Product Designer

Pawlicy Advisor is a venture-backed startup building the infrastructure that connects pet owners to the right financial protection for their pets. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own design at Pawlicy — end to end, top to bottom.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a track record of significant ownership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from research and strategy through polished, shipped UI
• Proven experience running user research and competitive analysis independently, and translating findings into actionable product decisions
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to a design system
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions — you've worked closely with engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders and know how to navigate different working styles
