Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 7+ years in a senior technical program management role
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects and driving organizational transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather data, identify risks, and develop solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
