08.Senior Technical Program Manager

PayPay India is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive product delivery and accelerate growth. The successful candidate will foster Agile methodologies and lead complex technical projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 7+ years in a senior technical program management role
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects, driving organizational transformation initiatives (such as Agile adoption), and applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven leadership in large-scale programs or managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather data, identify risks, and develop solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and manage teams
