We're hiring a Head of Creative to own our visual brand vision and build a high-performing, proactive in-house Studio consisting of UX/UI, graphic design and video production team members. This role will evolve and set visual direction, build design systems for the efficient workflows, enhance team processes for timely deliverables, and ensure consistent, on-brand execution across all channels: marketing, employer branding, internal communications, events, and co-branded assets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, including 2+ years leading design teams, ideally in SaaS or Tech companies.
- Strong design operations mindset β experienced in building and scaling effective design workflows, systems, and review processes.
- Strong creative and curious mindset with ability to bring fresh ideas and inspire others to innovate and bring the creative quality to the next level.
- High sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability β stakeholders trust you to deliver consistently and at a high standard.
- Clear communicator and effective stakeholder partner β you are able to guide non-design stakeholders, align expectations, and facilitate productive feedback and decision-making.
- Supportive people leader focused on team growth β you coach designers, build confidence, and support continuous improvement in craft and ownership.
- Hands-on when needed β able to step in on key assets or to unblock the team and set quality benchmarks.
