As a Performance Marketing Manager at Payhawk, you'll drive high-intent demand for our multi-product platform through paid acquisition and ABM activation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns and own paid performance outcomes for your product area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media execution, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong experience owning Paid Search and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end; exposure to programmatic, Meta, or ABM platforms (6sense, demandbase) is a plus.
- Proven accountability for budget management and ROI, including monthly spend at meaningful scale.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Hands-on mindset — comfortable writing ad copy, launching experiments, and optimising campaigns directly.
- Experience supporting or executing ABM campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Solid understanding of CRO fundamentals and how landing page UX impacts conversion.
- Experience using AI tools to support campaign creation, research, analysis, or automation.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, Pod-based setup.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
