The Promoter Manager is responsible for managing field marketing agencies and teams to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that effectively drives customer engagement and sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles, with a focus on managing teams and agencies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics with an early stage startup.
- Demonstrated ability to work under high changing and pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across teams.
- Skills to train and motivate the promotion team to be successful in executing their role.
