Job Description
PayJoy is a financial service provider dedicated to helping underserved customers in emerging markets achieve financial stability. The Sales Enablement Analyst will design and implement learning programs, tools, and initiatives to empower the sales team, identify performance gaps, and drive business growth. This involves creating training content, understanding organizational processes, measuring sales performance, and proposing data-driven solutions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in sales enablement, data analysis, Marketing, sales training, or sales support
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in sales enablement
- Intermediate Level in SQL and Data-Viz tools (As Tableau, Looker Studio)
- Strong skill sets of: Google Sheets and Excel
- Capacity for organization, communication, synthesis skills and lead group meetings in-person or virtually
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
- Desirable analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills
