Job Description
PayJoy is a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets to achieve financial stability and success. The sales representative will be responsible for increasing the origination and integration of new partners in their assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with all assigned partner retailers and their respective stakeholders.
Requirements
- Technical or university studies in related areas such as Business Administration, Communications or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Software Sales, mobile devices or Field, in the telecommunications industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective relationships and train business partner personnel
- Orientation to results, so proactivity, organization, perseverance and resilience are essential attributes
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel to visit stores, you must have personal transportation to cover assigned areas (Car or Motorcycle)
