Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to own our NoCode platform and merchant operations portfolio. This is a dual-domain role: (1) the NCPI marketplace (NoCode Payment Integration), coordinating external development with internal engineering to deliver a multi-horizon integration platform, and (2) merchant operations, owning the merchant-facing products that merchants interact with daily.

What You Will Do

Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for NCPI and merchant operations. Coordinate external NCPI development with internal engineering. Own the merchant experience across the operational product surface.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience managing products built by external development teams
• Experience with API, platform, or integration products
• Experience owning merchant-facing or SMB-facing product experiences
• Proven track record of outcome-focused delivery with measurable evidence of impact
• Experience with marketplace, ecosystem, or integration platform strategy
• Strong human-centered design instincts
• Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS with regulated environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product intake/discovery tools
• Product management certifications (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
