Job Description
As a Senior Designer, Brand & Marketing, you will establish Paynuity's creative vision, ensure brand consistency, and drive cross-functional creative initiatives. You will own brand strategy, mentor internal and external talent, and work closely with Product to deliver intuitive, on-brand UX/UI experiences.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive design experience
- 2+ years leading creative teams (agency or in-house)
- Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and investor communications
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress (Elementor or comparable page builders)
- Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral and intuitive UX/UI solutions
- Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on design execution in fast-moving environments
