Job Description
Payoneer is seeking a Compliance Director, Easylink in China to join their rapidly growing global Fintech business. This role focuses on the strategic direction of the compliance program, ensuring regulatory and financial risks are mitigated for compliance, and requires a proactive and strategic leader with a strong understanding of the Chinese financial regulatory landscape. The Director will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establish a strong compliance culture, and lead compliance training for colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
- 10+ years of financial experience in the compliance, risk, AML/CTF or Sanctions Screening disciplines
- 5+ years in compliance at a licensed payment institution in China
- CAMS certification or equivalent
- Experience in building and leading a team with proven results
- Strong investigative and research skills
- Strong professional presence
- Excellent communication (including presentations)
- Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
