DevOps Core Team Leader

Payoneer is seeking a DevOps Core Team Leader to lead and evolve our global cloud and Kubernetes foundations. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and platform ownership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a hands-on technical leadership in a large-scale environment
• 5+ years of experience running production workloads (Private cloud/AWS/GCP)
• Experience creating infrastructure as code solutions using tools such as: Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation
• Experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible and orchestration platforms like AWX, Ansible Tower
• Microservices architecture & container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proven Scripting capabilities: PowerShell/Bash/Python
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana and ELK
