FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst at Payoneer, you will support the CFO and CEO offices with top-line analysis and long-range planning, and become a prominent subject-matter expert within the organization, consulted by senior leadership for insights into the latest performance trends and advice on key strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Analyze company performance across global revenue, costs, and growth trends to identify key business drivers
• Own the delivery and continuous improvement of C-Suite reporting packages
• Support Investor Relations and Financial Reporting in preparing quarterly earnings materials
• Develop analytical frameworks to explain business performance, budget variances, and emerging trends
• Lead the creation of executive, Board of Directors, and investor presentations
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analysis
• Partner with the Data team to streamline, automate, and scale key reporting and planning processes
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial stakeholders
