Job Description
Payoneer is looking for a Software Developer Team Leader to lead an autonomous team of software engineers and collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience building backend services, 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, and 4+ years of managerial experience.
Requirements
- B.S. in computer science or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience building backend services in at least one modern language
- 3+ years of experience with NoSQL databases
- 4+ years of managerial experience
- Experience with building SaaS platforms for cloud-based products
- Experience with Containers and Kubernetes
- Experience with Message Brokers such as RabbitMQ/SQS/Kafka
- Experience with Microservices development
- Experience with Event-driven systems
- Broad knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Team player attitude and mentality
- Experienced and passionate about managing and growing people
- Experience in engineering best practices (code reviews, testing coverage, Agile methodologies)
