Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in the software industry
- 5+ years in senior R&D or VP-level roles, managing large cross-functional teams
- Deep technical expertise in cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tools, and real-time data processing
- Strong business acumen and ability to align technical decisions with strategic business goals
