Job Description
PayPal has a job opening for a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to establish and implement AML/CFT/OFAC compliance framework for the bank's de novo FDIC-insured ILC.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in BSA/AML/CFT and financial crimes compliance within a bank or regulated financial institution
- Demonstrated program leadership and governance experience
- Strong ability to build and operationalize policies/procedures and lead cross-functional implementation
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
