Join PayPal Luxembourg's Second Line of Defense team and provide ongoing oversight of regulatory change management for PayPal's Luxembourg-based bank.

Requirements

• 8+ years of compliance experience in banking, financial services or consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience working within Compliance and Risk functions in an ECB-supervised entity
• Deep understanding of European and CSSF expectations, broader European banking regulations, ECB and SSM supervisory frameworks and ESMA requirements
