Job Description
The Director, Product Growth leads the commercial growth strategy for PayPal's omni-payments platform, driving adoption of embedded payment capabilities across SaaS, ISV, and platform partners. The role defines multi-year growth plans, shapes partner-facing product experiences, and develops monetization strategies that strengthen PayPal's two-sided network.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep experience with embedded payments, platform payments, or SaaS partner ecosystems
- Strong understanding of commercial models, partner economics, and multi-product revenue strategy
- Experience driving adoption of both core payments and value-added financial products
- Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and strategic storytelling skills
