Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at PayPal, responsible for owning and managing Annual GTM Planning process, driving analytics operating model evolution, and serving as a strategic thought partner to senior Global Markets leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with GTM Operations, Sales Analytics and Forecasting Finance teams
- Familiarity with data modeling via SQL/Python and BI tools like Tableau, Looker Studio Pro / Looker Core, Power BI, etc.) as well as integrations with various AI tools like Claude & GPT
- Ability to evolve how insights are consumed—from manual PowerPoint decks to live dashboards, Slack alerts, and AI-generated summaries
