Manager, Software Engineering

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a strong tactical ability to manage technical issues and communicate with non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Directly manages software development projects and execution
• Implements processes to drive strong operational hygiene
• Responsible for the delivery of projects, including quality and timeliness
• Analyzes multiple sources of information and identifies & resolves complex technical, operational, and organizational problems
• Collaborates with direct team, managers in org, stakeholders such as Product Owners & PMO
