Job Description
PayPal is looking for a Sr Manager, Market Compliance to provide second line compliance oversight for crypto and digital asset initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the digital asset domain and regulatory risk management, and be able to translate evolving digital asset regulatory expectations into practical, scalable controls for both on-chain and off-chain transaction flows.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 12 years of related working experience in risk, regulatory and AML/ CFT compliance, operational risk, legal, or management of a process or business with accountability for compliance
- Strong understanding of digital assets/crypto, cross-border payments infrastructure and landscape, including the latest market and regulatory trends
