Staff Software Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps

Requirements

• Acts as a project or system leader, coordinating the activities of other engineers on the project or within the system
• Determines the technical tasks that other engineers will follow
• Improves existing structures & processes
• Mentors senior and junior engineers
• Leads major initiatives end-to-end
• Troubleshoots incidents, identifies root causes, fixes and documents problems, and implements preventive measures
• Coaches and mentors engineers on design principles and best practices
