Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role
- Experience managing SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Experience establishing and setting up the IT function at an organization
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA)
- Experience supporting global or distributed teams across multiple offices in different time zones
