Regulatory Counsel

Paysafe is a leading payments platform seeking a Regulatory Counsel to provide legal analysis and impact assessment of existing and upcoming regulation, with a focus on European and international levels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Financial services regulation experience gained in a financial institution, regulator or financial services department of a law firm
• Experience in relation to cryptocurrencies
• Payments/E-Money industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues to multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent organisation and project management skills including document management
