Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Manager

Paysafe is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Manager to lead a key transformation initiative focused on discovering, planning, migrating, and cutover legacy communications capabilities into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation
• Understanding and experience in Marketing Cloud Advanced/Next
• Understanding and experience in Data 360 (Data Cloud)
• Strong experience in legacy platform migration, communications transformation, or MarTech stack consolidation programmes
• Proven ability to lead scope discovery, migration planning, and cutover coordination across complex stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of communications ecosystems, trigger-based messaging, customer journeys, template migration, and campaign orchestration
• Experience working with agile delivery teams and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing, product, architecture, and engineering
• Ability to translate ambiguous legacy processes into structured, scalable future-state solutions
• Understanding of the wider Salesforce ecosystem, including exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, Communities is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
