We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Manila-based team, focused exclusively on expansion and growth within existing SMB and Lower Mid-Market accounts.
Requirements
- Own and deliver expansion quota through upsell and cross-sell motions within an assigned portfolio of SMB and Lower Mid-Market customers
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities based on product usage, business needs, organizational changes, and market trends
- Build and maintain a healthy, predictable expansion pipeline aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead consultative sales conversations with existing customers to uncover growth opportunities and position additional products and services
- Develop multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, including HR, Compensation, Finance, and executive stakeholders
- Drive full expansion sales cycle from qualification through close, including discovery, solution alignment, pricing, negotiation, and contracting
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers, CDRs, and Renewals Managers to align on account strategy, customer health, and timing of expansion opportunities
- Maintain disciplined opportunity management
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and pipeline updates
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene
