Job Description
Drive strategic growth and operational excellence in merchant acquiring and payments business through product management expertise, strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in merchant acquiring and payments business
- Proven Product management experience
- Strategic acumen and growth mindset
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable institution; Postgraduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the corporate sector, preferably in Payments, Remittances, Banking, or Fintech
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience using MI, analytics, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with the KSA regulatory framework for banks and financial institutions
- Proven experience in product commercialization within the payments ecosystem (e.g., wallets, virtual accounts, acquiring products)
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience working with integration APIs, IT, and operations teams
- Experience managing external suppliers and partners and working within a matrix organization across geographies
- Experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments; familiarity with project management applications and CRM tools
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly detail-oriented, hyper-logical thinker with a strong track record of execution and achievement
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to break down complex problems into actionable components
