Job Description
The Cards Portfolio Management Specialist will provide strategic advisory and execution support for cards portfolio optimization initiatives. The role will involve analyzing portfolio trends, developing strategies to improve activation, usage, and retention, and supporting initiatives related to customer engagement and balance build.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in banking, payments, or consulting with a focus on credit card portfolio optimization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Cards P&L, Revenue, Loyalty programs, and campaign management
- Fluent English required, Arabic fluency preferred
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
