Job Description
The Cards Program Manager will support the successful launch and ongoing governance of card-related initiatives. This role requires 5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions and a strong ability to coordinate, support, and drive product teams toward business objectives.
Requirements
- Hands on expertise in program management specifically related to card launches
- 5-10 years experience in similar positions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Masters preferred)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience working with payment schemes
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
