Job Description
Job Title: Commercial (SME) Portfolio Manager. Lead SME customer acquisition campaigns, design onboarding journeys, optimize pricing and rewards, and monitor portfolio performance. Report to Head of Product, Head of Issuing.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in commercial cards product management, SME portfolio development, and customer acquisition in the UAE/GCC region.
- UAE market experience in SME/Commercial cards
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in card operations, onboarding, and activation campaigns
- Experience in stakeholder management across products, credit, risk, and operations
