Job Description
The contractor will be responsible for optimizing, re-engineering, and implementing new initiatives within the Acquiring & Cash Management team, with a focus on process analysis, automation, compliance alignment, and stakeholder coordination to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payments, cash management, or process optimization roles in banking or fintech
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies
- Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, PCI-DSS)
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to work across departments and present findings effectively
