Job Description
The role is for a Manager/Sr. Manager-Compliance in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The team ensures regulatory compliances and AML compliances for the PA-PG Business. The role requires developing and maintaining an effective compliance management system and ensuring regulatory compliance of day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Develop, set up, maintain, and operate an effective compliance management system
- Ensure regulatory compliance of day-to-day operations, including reviewing product programs, drafting policies, and conducting compliance testing
- Implement a compliance calendar and ensure compliance with Company Law, Rules and Regulations, Corporate Governance Code, RBI guidelines, and provisions of various laws, rules, and regulations
- Keep the business and relevant stakeholders updated on new amendments, circulars, and changes in regulations
- Ensure appropriate Quality Control processes are implemented for assessing performance quality as per benchmarks
