The Campaign Operations Assistant Manager role involves end-to-end execution and optimization of advertiser campaigns on the Paytm Ads platform, ensuring campaigns run flawlessly, meet KPIs, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Ad Operations / Campaign Management / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with managed service campaigns on ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Fintech Ad Platforms) and MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization levers
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience working with SMB and Large Advertisers
- Knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or BI tools is a plus
