Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Director Product – Customer Value Management (CVM) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Customer Value Management solutions for large telecom operators.
Requirements
- 4–10+ years of experience in Telecom CVM product/solution roles
- Prior experience working with any CVM platforms of Telco - Domestic/International
- Strong understanding of Telco subscriber lifecycle, segments, and revenue-driving CVM strategies
- Deep experience in at least two areas: Campaign Automation, CVM Analytics/Predictive Models, Real-time Decisioning, Offer/Pack Recommender Systems, Customer Journeys, Loyalty Management
