Growth Management- Manager- Paytm Ads

We are seeking a Growth Manager to execute end-to-end growth initiatives for Paytm scratchcards & deals business within Paytm Ads.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end execution of cross functional growth initiatives across category and functions
• Program manage initiative progress, stakeholder engagement, product asks, while representing the business team
• Business planning for the ad property portfolio to ensure optimal revenue per impression
• Reporting and insights work closely with analytics and data science teams to drive insights and presentations for business reviews, leadership reviews
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and CRM teams to track performance on growth projects assigned
