Job Description
Paytm is India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company. The Sales- Team Lead will manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made. The role involves onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants, maintaining good relationships with PSU Companies / Oil marketing Companies.
Requirements
- Must have Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
- Candidate must have a zeal for Growth
- Candidate should have good market knowledge
- Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with
- Member Sales Team handled before
- Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
- Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handing experience is a must
- Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
