Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project development, architectural planning, or construction management
• Safe handling of building regulations and standards (e.g. HOAI, VOB, BauGB)
• In-depth knowledge of building and planning software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
• Experience in construction cost planning and project management
• Fluent German in word and writing, English skills are an asset
